Looking for an experienced Operation And Maintenance Manager in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Create schedules and processes for all maintenance activities.
• Prioritize, coordinate and adjust schedules to accommodate ongoing maintenance activities, projects, and other   needs as they arise.
• Evaluate work orders for completeness, timeliness, and accuracy.
• Request deferrals for work orders that cannot be completed in the established time standards and prepare   written action plans to address overdue work orders.
• Assist in troubleshooting the cause of any failures in MEP systems and identifying ways to improve systems   efficiency and reliability, and provide written documentation.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder.
• Ten years of experience dealing with Infrastructure Projects.
• Good technical skills.
• Time management skills.
