A leading company looking for an experienced Fod Safety Inspector in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Conducts and documents reviews of newor changing products, equipment, fixtures, storedesigns or operating   procedures that impact our retail stores.
• Understands and utilizes appropriate regulations and industrystandards.
• Analyzes quality metrics, audit data,customer feedback, regulator and workgroup input. Highlights trends and   potentialopportunities, and provides  continuous improvement recommendations todepartment leadership.
• Leads investigation and resolution offood safety, service provider and/or regulatory incidents from   regulators,retail stores, or internal and external customers. Determines and recommendsappropriate mitigation   activities.
•  Maintains and builds expertise inproduct regulations, product safety best practices, local public health   /foodservice regulations and industry best practices.

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of food technology, food microbiology, safe food handling procedures and foodservice sanitation   practices. 
• Graduate holder.
• Three years experience in the same field.
• Good communication skills.
