Job Description :
Looking for an experienced HR Officer in UAE.
Job Details:
- Assist or lead as needed with HR initiatives including open enrollment, onboarding, performance management, wellness, off-boarding etc.
- Plans, organizes and controls all activities of the department. Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems.
- Implements and updates the compensation program; rewrites job descriptions as necessary; conducts annual salary surveys, analyzes compensation;monitors the performance evaluation program and revises as necessary.
- Participates in collective bargaining and labor/management relations.
- Evaluate and update complete benefits plan; manage and run a bi-weekly payroll; serve as the staff lead for all 403(b) administration responsibilities.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate holder.
- Well versed in UAE labour law.
- One year experience in the same field.
- Computer Literate.
