Urgently looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Overseeing daily restaurant   operations, including sales and   customer satisfaction.
•  Facilitate communication between   employees and management.
•  Managing a small team of   employees, hiring, scheduling, and   payroll.
•  Controls day-to-day operations by   scheduling, ordering, and   developing the restaurant team   members.
•  Ensures a safe working and   customer experience environment   by facilitating safe work behaviors   of the team.
•  Recruits, interviews, and hires team   members, conducts performance   appraisals, takes disciplinary   action, motivates and trains.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Excellent leadership and   organizational skills.
•  Strong leadership, motivational and   people skills.
