A leading company looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Estimate the quantity and costs of materials.
• Prepare contracts and documents.
• Value Engineering with alternate materials and structural optimisation.
• Advise on improvements, strategies, and/or estimated costs.
• Set budgets for payments, inventory needs, and materials.
• Analyze costs for maintenance and additional building needs.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder.
• Two years experience in the same field.
• Well versed in MS Office.
• Good communication skills in English.
