Required Construction Manager

Job Description :

Urgently Looking for an experienced Construction Manager in Qatar.

• Job Details:
•  Thorough understanding of civil construction plans, specifications, and   contract documents
• Coordinate with engineers and field representatives to resolve design problems
• Produce Quantity Takeoffs, create and manage Request For Information and   Change Orders
• Create project budgets, schedules, cost controls and tracking, evaluate   milestones, and implement cost saving actions
• Manage subcontractors and vendors, including obtain pricing, negotiate   contracts, scheduling, billing, and cost tracking
• Prepare Invoices and Pay Applications
• Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree Holder.
• Minimum 5 years experience is required.
•  Strong analytical and organizational skills required.
• Good communication Skills.
