Urgently Looking for an experienced Mobile Application Support Engineer in Kochi, Kerala.

Job Details:

  •  Liaison with IP, support and development teams.
  • Drive client callscommunication and support client services in technical needs
  • Compile technical RCA (root cause analysis) reports on quality issues.
  • Document Standard Project documents.
  • Estimate new project effort and timeline
  • Review new proposal solutions and technical assumptions.

Job Requirements:

  • IT Skills.
  • Minimum 2 years experience is required.
  • Bachelors Degree in relevant Engineering.
  • Good Communication Skills.
