Job Details:

•  Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints and specifications.
• Creating an accurate material takeoff.
• Understanding the scope of the work and ensuring timely completion of estimates.
• Managing bid pricing from all vendors and preparing a detailed cost analysis.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with subcontractors and vendors.

Job Requirements:

• Engineering Degree holder.
• One year experience in the same field.
• Well versed in MS Office.
• Good communication skills.
