Job Description :

Urgently requires an experienced HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Serve as the main point of contact to execute the business owners’ objectives and business plans and manage   vendor relationships.
• Execute proactive labor relations and positive employee relations strategies that maintain workforce stability   and ensures a highly engaged work environment.
• Supervise general clerical staff, who provide administrative support to all levels of the organization and ensure   that common areas in office premises are equipped with required office supplies as appropriate.
• Perform general clerical staff evaluations and annual performance reviews and work with business owners to   determine general clerical staffing needs.
•  Create and maintain all employee records and documentation of human resources actions.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum six years experience in the same field.
• Proficient in QuickBooks, Word and Excel.
• Graduate holder.
• Time management skills.
