Looking for an experienced Operation Manager in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Recruit, train and supervise designated pool of employees based on location.
• Ensure schedules are properly maintained and updated regularly.
• Actively staff positions according to client/contract requirements and manage overtime through proper   scheduling.
• Maintain constant communication with clients, management, and staff to ensure proper operations of the   organization.
• Maintain a sufficient pool of on-call officers for back-fill to mitigate last minute schedule openings.

Job Requirements:

•  Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Graduate holder.
• Three years experience in the same field.
• Time management skills.
