Urgently looking for an experienced Guest Service Agent in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Address and document guest   concerns in the database.
  • Achieve amicable resolution to guest   concerns.
  • Coordinate with other departments   to address guest concerns.
  • Update guest records.
  • Problem-solve to achieve guest   resolution.
  • Complete product knowledge   training to answer guest questions.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma.
  • Two years experience in same field.
  •  Able to sit for long periods of time in   front of a computer.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office   Applications.
