Looking for an experienced Chef De Cuisine in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Assists with the creation of menus that are authentic to the Southern Comfort concept.
• Conducts inspections of all food storage areas to ensure compliance of the State and Local health departments.
• Analyzes Food & Beverage department’s monthly reports and maintains par level food inventories following   established procedures.
• Operates the restaurant’s functions within established guidelines.
• Costs out new concepts and menu items and submits accurate related costs.
• Prepares and adjusts kitchen schedules for all team members to ensure proper staffing for each shift.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder.
•  Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Three years experience in the same field.
• Computer skills.
