A leading company looking for an experienced Sous Chef in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Schedules and coordinates the work of all kitchen staff to assure timely food preparation, equipment   maintenance and sanitation is performed correctly and efficiently daily.
• Reinforces policies, procedures and control measures for the job tasks performed by staff.
• Ensures that high standards of sanitation, cleanliness and safety are maintained throughout the kitchen and   storage areas.
• Closely adheres to local Health department regulations.
• Monitors and provides monthly reports on inventory and waste logs.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder.
• Three years experience in the kitchen.
• Customer service skills.
• Computer Literate.
