Looking for an experienced Office Coordinator in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Write letters, e-blasts and other   promotional communications.
  •  Training all staff on administrative   duties, company protocols and best   practices.
  •  Participates in cross-functional   departmental planning sessions.
  •  Performs other duties and special        projects as assigned.
  •  Provide pleasant and professional   customer service to all office    personnel and guests.
  •  Provide other administrative   assistance as appropriate and   requested.

Job Requirements:

  •  High school diploma.
  • Two years experience in same field.
  •  Excellent customer service skills.
  •  Excellent verbal and written   communication skills.
