Urgently looking for an experienced HR Manager in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Perform HR duties involving contact   with and exposure to highly   confidential materials and   information.
•  Work independently and as part of a   team in areas of recruiting and   human resources.
•  Manage recruiting process for all   open positions with the exception of   faculty positions.
•  Lead year-end processes including   performance management and   salary planning.
•  Collaborate with Senior leadership   to plan and execute succession   planning.
•  Contributes to team effort by   accomplishing related results as   needed.

Job Requirements:

•  Bachelor's degree.
• Two years experience in the field.
•  Demonstrated problem solving   skills.
•  Exceptional verbal and written   communication skills.
