Job Description :

A leading company looking for an experienced Purchase in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

• Internal follow up on approvals for Purchase Requisitions.
• Follow up with vendors on lead time and due by dates 
• Match vendor packing slips & items ordered to Purchase Order and receive within SAGE.
• Verify invoice pricing and quantity to PO, resolve reconciling invoice issues with vendor and/or AP.
• Follow up with vendors on PO’s received but not invoiced to bring to closure.

Job Requirements:

• Five years experience in the same field.
• Well versed in MS Office.
•  Excellent managerial and training skills.
• Graduate holder.
