Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Telephone Operator in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Takes and relays messages in an   accurate and timely manner.
•  Monitors and responds to alerts   routed from emergency equipment. 
•  Takes and relays messages in an   accurate and timely manner.
•  Provides a pleasant and helpful   phone contact for callers.
•  Transmits authorized   announcements and paging via the   public address system.
•  Operates switchboard and routes   incoming calls to appropriate   departments.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Exhibits exceptional Customer   Service skills. 
•  Basic data entry and/or word   processing skills.
