Job Description :

Urgently Looking for an experienced Operations Manager in Qatar.

Job Details

•  Review established business practice guidelines and patterns for operational   efficiency and standardization.
• Accountable for effective communication, feedback loop, and sharing of best   practices across the organization and with senior leadership.
• Partner with Medical Director(s) regularly to ensure appropriate and consistent   operational and clinical service delivery.
• Manage and report statistics/metrics as related to contractual timeframes and   other key data.
• Manage the timely preparation and delivery of reports in accordance with   Contract requirements.
• Coordinating the response to on-road incidents in accordance with the Incident   Management Plan.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree Holder.
• Minimum 15 years experience is required.
• Management Skills.
• Good communication Skills.
