Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Plant Supervisor in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

  •  Directs and coordinates activities of all departments concerned with production.
  • Manages staff, prepares work schedules, and assigns specific duties to shop staff.
  • Determines staffing requirements.
  • Interviews, hires, and trains new employees or oversees those personnel processes.
  • Reviews equipment and tooling annually to determine replacement or upgrade needs while improving   capabilities and efficiencies.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate holder.
  •  Strong communication skills.
  • Good problem solving skills.
  •  Proficient in Microsoft Office.
