Job Description :

A leading compan y looking for an experienced Project Manager in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Negotiate subcontract agreements, subcontractor submittal and RFI management, schedule and change order   management, and contract close-out.
• Develop detailed schedules and update in a timely manner as required by the project.
• Responsible for preparing, tracking and controlling construction schedule, material status log, and associated   costs to achieve project completion on time and budget.
• Lead and prepare change proposals, negotiate, execute, and issue change orders to subcontractors and others;   prepare revisions to the budget, as a  result of change orders.
• Lead project meetings: internal or customer facing, including the preparation of meeting agendas and    disseminating meeting notes to various  stakeholders within upper management.
• Possess the ability to execute a thorough review of submittals, shop drawings, and requests for information   (RFI’s), including coordination with contract documents.

Job Requirements:

• Engineering Degree hoder.
• One year experience in construction field.
• Project management skills.
• Well versed in MS Office.
