Job Description :

A leading company looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.
• Measure and value the work done on site.
• Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site   engineers.
• Understand fluent English and be able understand technical terms and engineering specification for civil   construction projects.
• Cost estimation for all sections of construction projects - including water works, road works and building   works.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder.
• One year experience in the same field.
• Well versed in MS Office.
• Good communication skills in English.
