Required Azure Support Engineer

Job Description :

Urgently Looking for an experienced Azure Support Engineer in Kochi, Kerala.

Job Details:

•  Capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the Azure technical and partner communities.
• Implement and support new and existing customers on Microsoft Azure infrastructure and Microsoft IaaS, and PaaS.
• Implement and support new and existing customers on Microsoft Azure Active Directory.
• Act as a liaison between customers, sales, service engineering teams, and support.
• Provide exceptional customer support at 2nd line level to internal and external service users

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in computer science.
• IT Skills.
• Minimum 2 years experience is required.
• Good Communication Skills.
