Required Construction Manager

Job Description :

Urgently Looking for an experienced Construction Manager in Qatar.

• Job Details:
•  Coordinate with engineers and field representatives to resolve design problems
• Produce Quantity Takeoffs, create and manage Request For Information and  Change Orders.
• Create project budgets, schedules, cost controls and tracking, evaluate   milestones, and implement cost saving actions.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors, including obtain pricing, negotiate   contracts, scheduling, billing, and cost tracking.
• Prepare Invoices and Pay Applications.
• Manage and resolve conflict, problem solve, and lead different project related   entities
• Job Requirements:
• Minimum 15 years experience is required.
• Management Skills.
• Bachelor's Degree Holder.
• Good communication Skills.
