A leading company looking for an experienced Quanityt Sueveyor in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

•  Prepare contracts and documents.
• Value Engineering with alternate materials and structural optimisation.
• Advise on improvements, strategies, and/or estimated costs.
• Set budgets for payments, inventory needs, and materials.
• Analyze costs for maintenance and additional building needs.
• Track changes in plans or constructions.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder.
• One year experience in the same field.
• Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Time management skills.
