Job Description :
Looking for an experienced HR Operation Manager in Saudi Arabia.
Job Details:
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and business accounting, complete/submit business activity filings when required and compile and provide quarterly and annual financial reports required by the business’s income tax professionals.
- Serve as the main point of contact to execute the business owners’ objectives and business plans and manage vendor relationships.
- Execute proactive labor relations and positive employee relations strategies that maintain workforce stability and ensures a highly engaged work environment.
- Supervise general clerical staff, who provide administrative support to all levels of the organization and ensure that common areas in office premises are equipped with required office supplies as appropriate.
- Create and maintain all employee records and documentation of human resources actions.
- Conduct new employee orientations by providing employee information packets; reviewing company policies; gathering withholding and other payroll information; explaining and obtaining signatures for benefit programs.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum ten years experience in the same field.
- Well versed in MS Office.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Graduate holder.
