Required Welding Supervisor

Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Welding Supervisor in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

•  Supervisors job performance of shift or field welders; coordinates with Resource Managers and other   supervisor to assign welding tasks based on welder skills to optimize productivity; reports production   accomplishments, level of quality and readiness of welds, back gouges, weld repairs, etc.  for QA inspection at   turnover.
• Identifies the training and qualifications required to achieve the best mix of capabilities of supervised welders;    coordinates training and testing with Weld Resource Manager.
• Trains personnel on welding safety requirements; maintains a safe work environment and enforces safe work   and environmental compliance practices on the job.
• Ensures quality of welds meet Code requirements as defined in job drawings, specifications, and procedures.
• Produces or ensures production of welding-related documentation, such as welder signature on welds or welder   identification on weld maps, as defined in job drawings, specifications, and procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder.
• One year experience in the same field.
• Well versed in Technical skills.
