Project Manager- Saudi Arabia

Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Project Manager in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

•  Handle all aspects of construction and design projects such as resource planning, contracts, proposals,  scheduling, budgeting, bid approvals and project orders.
• Create project execution plans and implement and execute engineering of HVAC and plumbing projects.
• Oversee project construction and delivery from start to finish.
• Handle sub-contractor selections, sub-contract negotiations and close-outs, and manage relations between client and stakeholders.
• Communicate with clients regarding projects and execution plans.
• Lead and mentor staff and handle training and hiring as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Civil Engineering Degree.
• Ten years experience in Project execution Management.
• Well versed in MS Office.
• Good communication skills.
