Senior Quantity Surveyor - Saudi Arabia

Job Description :

Requires an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

•  Assisting Principal Structural Engineer in Preparation of BOQ, Cost Estimation, etc.
• Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/ or the client.
• Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work.
• Assist in establishing a client's requirements and undertake feasibility studies.
• Perform risk, value management and cost control.
• Advise on a procurement strategy.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder.
• Ten years experience in the same field.
• Well versed in AutoCAD.
• God communication skills in English.
