Urgently requires an experienced Customer Service Agent in UAE.

Job Details:

Answer multiple phone lines.
Check customers in.
Book domestic and export airfreight shipments.
Insure the timely movement of Cargo from origin destination.

Job Requirements:

Diploma holder.
Customer service/outbound calling experience is preferred.
Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
Time management skills.
