Looking for an experienced Customer Service Officer in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures, Define and communicate customer service  standards.
• Work with Senior Management to develop business plans and establish performance targets.
• Generating sales leads, building sustainable relationships where necessary.
• Oversee the achievement and maintenance of agreed customer service levels and standards.
• Plan, prioritize and delegate work tasks to ensure proper functioning of the department.
• Ensure the necessary resources and tools are available for quality customer service delivery.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate holder.
• Only Female candidates need to apply.
• Two years experience in the same field.
• Well versed in MS Office.
