Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Application Production Support in Canada.

Job Details:

  • Provide Level 1 (L1) functional and technical support to the end users on the Applications.
  • Maintain the configuration for these Software Application.
  • Perform routine checkup and other monitoring activities for the applications.
  • Co-ordinate with L2 support and development teams to close tickets, unresolved by Level 1.
  • Report to the superiors on the tickets resolved and escalate pending tickets appropriately to get them to a closure.
  • Analyze tickets and find ways to reduce their occurrence.

Job Requirements:

  • IT Skills.
  • Bachelors Degree in computer science.
  • Minimum 5 years experience is required.
  • Good communication skills.
