Job Description :
Urgently requires an experienced Admin Assistant in Saudi Arabia.
Job Details:
- Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with internal and external employees and clientele.
- Organizational skills and maintaining all database records.
- Schedule and prioritize meetings and managing travel itineraries.
- Arrange external events, such as client dinners, conferences and etc.
- Develop professional social interaction with all staff and clientele.
- Seamlessly manage inboxes, calendars, and contacts.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate holder.
- Excellent MS Office skills.
- Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
- One year experience in the same field.
