Urgently looking for an experienced Help Desk Engineer in UAE.

Job Details:
  •  {{ESTRONG}}Maintain daily performance of   computer systems.
  • Respond to email messages for   customers seeking help.
  • Ask questions to determine nature   of problem.
  • Walk customer through problem-   solving process.
  • Install, modify, and repair computer   hardware and software.
  • Clean up computers.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  •  Good problem-solving, analytical,   and team-working skills.
  • Two years experience in same field.
  • Excellent communication and   interpersonal skills.
