Looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

•  Accomplishes task objectives by orienting, training, assigning, coaching, counseling employees;   communicating job expectations; planning,   monitoring, appraising job contributions; recommending actions;    adhering to policies and procedures.
• Maintains a safe work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal    regulations.
• Maintains work records by entering production in daily reports, and monitoring the materials and supplies used.
• Completes production requirements by expediting work results; monitoring progress; resolving problems.
• Improves workflow by eliminating stoppages; analyzing delays; trying new methods.
• Assures quality product by monitoring and enforcing specifications; supervising subordinate employees.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• One year experience in the same field.
• Well versed in MS Office.
• Time management skills.
