Looking For Quantity Surveyor

Job Description :

Urgently requires an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

•  Carry out feasibility studies.
• Cost control cost benefit analysis.
• Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project, select and/or source construction   materials.
• Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly.
•  
• Pcure or agree the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project.
• Risk analysis evaluations.

Job Requirements:

• Seven years experience in the same field.
•  Thorough Knowledge of MEP materials.
• B.Tech in Mechanical / Electical Engineering.
• Wellversed in MS Office.
