Urgently looking for an experienced Tax Manager in UAE.

Job Details:

• Ensuring the Middle East business is    fully compliant with local rules and   regulations with corporate tax,   withholding tax and VAT returns   being submitted on time.
• Advising on tax implications of   business transactions, evaluation   risks and providing solutions to   reduce tax cost.
• Advising on cross-border  transactions with emphasis on  permanent establishment risks,  withholding tax implications,  registration requirements and  availability of treaty relief.
• Managing audit and tax fees. This   will include planning and   overseeing Group and local   statutory audits.
• Assisting in corporate restructuring   and providing support in   acquisitions.
• Understanding transfer pricing and   disclosure requirements.

Job Requirements:

•  {{ESTRONG}}Be a professionally qualified tax   professional (CTA/CA/CPA) trained in   the Big 4.
•  Strong knowledge of Middle East tax   laws and regulations, practices and   procedures, particularly in KSA.
• Eight years experience in same field.
•  Audit and M&A experience would be   advantageous.
