Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Finance Director in UAE.

Job Details:

• Providing financial advice and   leadership to the group to help it   achieve its strategic objectives   Lead and oversee the day-to-day   management of all aspects of   accounting operations including   accounts payable, general ledger   management, internal controls,   external audits, cash management   and payroll.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting   processes and work with the   leadership in driving a plan that      meets business targets.
• Developing and maintaining robust   analytical models to forecast cash   and operational needs.
• Applying a general understanding of   usage-based pricing and of value-   based pricing to model and   formulate pricing for various   technical solutions.
• Developing and managing        relationships with banks and other   financial institutions.

Job Requirements:

• Be a qualified accountant   (CA/CPA/CMA). MBA would be   advantageous.
•  Knowledge of Usage Based Pricing   and Value-Based Pricing.
• Ability to build financial models
• Excellent leadership and management   skills.
• Ten years experience in the field.
