A leading Company Looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative in Philippines.

Job Details:

  •  Maintain and update progress status on open calls on the system to ensure customer SLA’s are maintained.
  • Ensure calls are answered efficiently and within our contractual SLA agreements.
  • Ensure excellent customer service skills and relations with engineers and contractors at all times.
  • Providing a professional and friendly service throughout.
  • Account Management duties.
  • Liaising with internal departments to help resolve issues.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum one year experience is required.
  • Management Skills.
  • Degree/Diploma Holder.
  • Good communication Skills.
