Job Description :
Looking for an HR Assistant in Bahrain.
Job Details:
- Answer phones for the HR department and respond to questions and inquiries.
- Handle employment application intake.
- Assist with new employee orientations and follow-up paperwork processing.
- Perform a wide range of duties relative to the maintenance and processing of HR/personnel records and reports.
- Maintain high standards of confidentiality of all employees’ records and information.
- Interact with and supply information to job applicants, employees, department managers, public and private agencies.
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong organization skills.
