Job Description :

A leading Company Looking for an experienced Client Support Associate in Philippines.

Job Details:

•  Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
• Act as a subject matter expert in a range of treasury management and commercial card applications and services.
• Take full ownership in researching and resolving complex banking issues.
• Manage support questions, enhancements for language SDKs, BI tool connectors and API product behavior.
• Assist account teams with monitoring API usage of paid and trial clients.
• Alert account teams about the overuse of APIs by paying clients.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience is required.
• ITt Skills.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Good communication Skills.
