A leading Company Looking for an experienced Customer Service Associate in Philippines.

Job Details:

•  Provide evening and weekend on-call coverage.
• Route customer product and billing complaints to the appropriate individual.
• Gather customer information and maintain account records.
• Anticipate customer and administrative needs and deliver high level of service to all customers.
• Process customer orders, product returns, hospital billing and intercompany transactions.
• Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience is required.
• ITt Skills.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Good communication Skills.
