Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Technical Manager in UAE.

Job Details:

Responsible for on-time and on-budget completion of all assigned tenant improvement and capital projects.
Review and provide Landlord comments to plans prepared by Tenant’s design team.
Monitor construction to ensure the project stays on schedule.
Project management of assigned tenant improvement and capital projects.
Prepare job estimates and budgets including design, construction and other soft costs as applicable to the project.

Job Requirements:

Diploma holder.
One year experience in the same field.
Good technical knowledge.
Fluent in English.
