Looking for an experienced Receptionist in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  •  Make travel arrangements for office personnel.
  •  Track inventory of office supplies and order more when necessary.
  •  Write and distribute routine correspondence. 
  •  Compile data and prepare reports.
  •  Secures information by completing database backups.

Job Requirements:

  •  High school diploma.
  • Two years experience in same field.
  •  Proficiency in MS Office.
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
