Job Description :

Duties:

  • Provide technical assistance (Network/ Security/ Infrastructure);
  • Perform assessment, installation, configuration, administration, problem diagnosis and reporting on supported;  
  • Manage IT service management lifecyclesuch as automation, streamlining, centralization
  • Requirements:
  • Diploma or above in Engineering/Computer Science or related disciplines;
  • 3 years of relevant experience in IT product development/ Project Management/ Operation Management/ Service Management;
  • Certification on ITIL, PMP, Prince2 or Six Sigma is a plus
  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
