Quality Assurance Manager (distribution)

Job Description :

Duties:

• Recognize fresh regulatory changes affecting intermediary operations on sales quality assurance
• Enhance Intermediary Management procedures to ensure they are complied with regulatory and company requisites for intermediaries
• Provide user requisites and work with Project team, IT or other stakeholders to perform UAT
• Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in banking/insurance industry
• Be a smart and presentable person.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
• Excellent analytical and managerial skills.
