Duties:
- Providing assistance to customers for flights or hotel booking
- Responding to customer inquiries, feedback and compliments
- Impressing company members through excellent tele-servicing
- Requirements:
- Good Command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Good command of spoken Japanese or Korean preferred
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of airline industry, product and services is a plus
- Be a smart and presentable person.
