A leading Company Looking for an experienced HR Executive in Chennai,India.

Job Details:

•  Sourcing and callingcandidatesthrough Database / Job portals / Social media.
• Explaining the job role and interview processes to the candidates.
• Following up with the candidates for interview.
• Taking care of Team Members PF, ESIC and Mediclaim.
• Preparing Warning Letters, Absenteeism Letters,Termination notices etc.
• Handling Employee grievances related to various issues such as Salary, Incentive, Bonus, Restaurant level issues.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience is required.
• Only Female can apply.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Good communication Skills.
