Job Description :

Wanted experienced Reservation Supervisor in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Assist in the hotels goal to achieve budgeted RevPAR, ADR and Room Revenue targets.
•  Assist Revenue Manager in preparing data and reports for the weekly Revenue Management meeting.
•  Supervise schedule of all call volume and collaborate with convention services on everyday basis.
•  Administer productivity of staff and ensure achievement of all departmental goals and oversee all   reservation activities for facility.
•  Monitor hotel inventory and provide training to staff for all reservation activities and ensure courteous   manner from guests and employees.
•  Communicate and sell guest rooms to guests while abiding by brand standards.

Job Requirements:

•  High school diploma.
• Two years experience in the field.
•  Excellent organizational skills.
•  Excellent verbal/written communication and project management skills.
