Job Description :

A leading Company Looking for an experienced Leasing Officer in Philippines.

Job Details:

  •  Negotiating with suppliers for favorable pricing of goods/services and make sure the delivery is on time.
  • Coordinates with the supplier to ensure that they are able to meet the standards of the company.
  • Assisting in managing tenant relations and concerns.
  • Ensures tenant compliance with building house rules.
  • Paperwork and other tasks as required by the Leasing Dept/Admin.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience is required.
  • IT Skills.
  • Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree course.
  • Good communication Skills.
