Required Mep Manager

Job Description :

A leading Company Looking for an experienced MEP Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Creating BOQ estimates based on drawings and further preparing a detailed budget.
• Conducting market analysis in order to know the current rates of the materials before floating tender and   inviting quotations.
• Monitoring and controlling the cost of projects from concept to completion.
• Assisting in preparing vendor/ supplier comparatives and analysis during vendor selection.
• Running periodic analysis on the status of projects with respect to cost and review for alternative solutions to manage   project budgets.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience is required.
• Valid Qatar Driving License.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Good communication Skills.
